Fovere is developed and operated by me, Franco Galluzzo.
Fovere does not collect, store, or process any personal data on external servers. All data you enter into the app (such as your habits and usage history) is stored locally on your device and remains under your control. I do not operate a backend server for Fovere, and I do not transmit your data to myself or to any third parties.
The app may use platform features such as local notifications to remind you about your habits. These notifications are scheduled and handled by your device; the content of your reminders is not sent to any servers that I control.
I do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies in Fovere.

Fovere is provided by me, Franco Galluzzo, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You are responsible for any data you enter into the app and for maintaining backups of your device. I am not liable for any loss of data, productivity, or other damages arising from your use of Fovere.
I may update these terms from time to time. If I make material changes, I will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Fovere after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
